Yes! Our Basic Plan lets you use your own vehicle and we manage the people and support.
2. What if my driver is sick or resigns?
You’ll always have a trained backup on standby, that’s built into our model.
3. Is there a contract or lock-in?

4. Can foreign workers be employed under this?
Yes, with appropriate permits. We’re fully compliant and experienced with MOM processes.
5. Can I scale up or down later?

6. Can I only engage on a 1/2 Day, Part-Time basis?
Yes, as long as it’s regular and not ad-hoc or on demand.
7. I have an existing driver. Can you take over him/her so that I do not have to manage?
Absolutely. We welcome anyone with a good working attitude to join us.
8. Can you do cold/chilled/refrigerated truck delivery?
Yes, Outdrive started with that to begin with.
9. Can the DP wear our uniform?
Absolutely.
10. Can you provide a vehicle to us?
Yes, we can. We will lease a suitable vehicle for your business. We do not mark up any fees, and all the costs are transparent. We can even provide and install brand decal/stickers on the vehicles for you.
11. So the DP is under your employment and not ours?
Absolutely. The idea is to take away all the HR aspects of hiring from our clients.
12. Can you provide motorcycle rider/courier as well?
Yes, absolutely. We have a few financial institutions on board with us utilising this service.
