Reliable Temperature-Controlled Logistics Across Singapore
In Singapore’s heat, freshness is fragile.
One traffic jam. One door left open too long. One careless lift. That’s all it takes to compromise your products.
When it comes to temperature-sensitive products, consistency isn’t optional — it’s essential.
CMS Cold Delivery ensures your items are transported under strict temperature control, keeping them fresh, safe, and intact from pickup to delivery.
Whether chilled or frozen, our solutions are tailored to meet your operational needs, so you can focus on running your business while we handle the logistics.

3. Can you handle same-day or urgent deliveries?
Yes. Our fleet and routing systems are built for flexibility, even during peak hours.
4. How do you prevent fragile items from being damaged?
Strict handling SOPs, base-supported lifting, minimal door openings, stable vehicle loading, and visual confirmation upon delivery. Above all, our DPs are trained to adopt the correct driving and stopping habits when handling fragile items. We also pay special attention to organize the item in a manner to reduce movement during transit.
5. Are there any specific packaging requirements for cold chain deliveries?
Depending on the service requirements, some clients’ deliveries are ‘take-and-go’ types where their insulated packages are more than enough to achieve optimal temperature for a few hours. Typical materials used are dry ice and foam boxes.
Some may not even need anything specific since our Cold Delivery takes care of it with the fleet.
6. How is CMS Cold Delivery different from other cold chain logistics companies?
We cater to our clients’ needs. We are not a template company that requires clients to follow our route, schedule or customer service protocol. Uniquely, we offer:
- Twilight delivery from 7pm to 7am (ideal for outlets that need fresh produce for the day’s business)
- 365 day; 9am to 9pm CS hotline (ideal for last-mile delivery)
- Value-add services such as cash collection, arrangement of items at delivery locations
- We can even wear our clients’ uniform and put their brands on our vehicles (OutDrive model)
